- • Mae Rum recalls how mining disrupted her way of life. She used to be able to help out her parents with their rice field, but after mining operations took over, her path there was blocked.
• One of the leaders of the movement, Mae Rum makes sure to rally all the villagers when they’re in need of support.
• Mae Rum is passionate to show visitors all they can do in Dong Mafai! Whether seeing the stars, gathering mushrooms, or learning about farming in the rice fields, she promises you’ll never be bored.
